LEAD DEVELOPER PHP & JAVA (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Technical leadership: technical leadership of a team of developers and ensuring best practices in software development.

Project management: responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of development projects.

Development: Active participation in the development and optimization of applications based on PHP and JAVA SCRIPT.

Architecture: Design and implementation of scalable and robust software architectures.

Code reviews: Ensuring code quality through regular reviews and mentoring of team members.

Coordination: Working with other departments to understand requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.

Your profile:

Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development, of which at least 2 years in a technical management position.

Knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of PHP and JAVA SCRIPT

- Experience with modern frameworks and tools (e.g. Spring, Laravel, Symfony)

- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL)

Skills:

- Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

- Ability to complete projects on time and efficiently

Education:

- Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
